If your computer doesn't automatically install the drivers, you may need to download them at FTDI's website. Linux typically includes these drivers out of the box but Windows and Mac users often need to install them.
Most instrument plugins have instrument-specific settings available and defaults to downloading one dataset at a time and not deleting the data. Click on the gear icon or go to Edit > Configure Instrument and set to the appropriate settings for your preference.
This is a known limitation of Viu Calibrate. The data is downloaded as-is and the software currently doesn't offer a way to do automatic unit conversion. The unit setting only dictates which units are used for displaying for summary data.
Viu Calibrate uses a C++ dll-based interface for plugins. Please contact us for technical details about developing new plugins.
